How to Get Motivated for Exercise and Stay on Track

We all know exercise is important, but some days, finding the motivation to work out feels impossible. Whether you're struggling to start or stay consistent, here are some practical tips to help you get moving and stay motivated!

1. Set Clear Goals

Define what you want to achieve—weight loss, muscle gain, improved endurance, or just feeling better. Having a specific goal makes it easier to stay focused.

2. Find a Workout You Enjoy
